One of my favorite things my mom ALWAYS did on easter was she would cut out an bunny foot and write "To Hailey, Love the "BUN"" tied onto our basket with lots of ribbon of course ;) that is one of my favorite things even though i'm married... So I decided to use that this year because I really want to keep it a tradition... :) So this time I used some bunny ears and put it on those!:)
Nate had to work that day sooo I got up real early and got his easter eggs leading up to his basket, and his basket all set up and ready to go. He's sooo cute he wrote me a card this year and i sobbed when I read it. He's the best!:)
While Nate was at work me, my parents, and Loren went to church and enjoyed the spirit that was there.. afterward we went up to my parents almost done home in Morgan and ohhh boy it's gorgeous and so perfect for them. When Nate got home we went to my Opa's (grandpa in Dutch) his new wifes Bonnie her families home (wow real confusing... hope you all got that haha) and enjoyed dinner there. GUESS WHAT?? I also fed a horse while i was there for the very FIRST time!!! :) ssstop it right now.. right?? I loved it!!! After we were done and we were leaving... there were horses across the street and I fed them all the left over veggies my mom had. :)
Right when we got home Nate and I were sooo tired that we crashed and went to bed!!
Happy Easter everyone!! #BecauseOfHim I can be with my husband and family for eternity, and enjoy this life, and the beautiful sun shine when it's out. #BecauseOfHim I can be forgiven of my sins, and repent... I can make myself better and have "New Days".... I am able to forgive others, and to fight my depression and anxiety. How grateful I am for our Savior and for the gospel that I am apart of.
