OUR TIMELINE:
AUGUST 2011: Nate was my home teacher at UVU! The night we met we both knew we were into something really good even though we were dating other people. After getting to know each other a little bit more our apartments became best friends and we hung out what seemed like EVERY night. :)
OCTOBER 2011: In between August and September the relationships we were in went down hill. One night in October I was doing my homework and I got a text from Nate telling me that he really liked me!!! I couldn't believe it, I liked him too, and was so happy. He swears that I didn't text him back for like two hours, I could have sworn it was more like 5 minutes! :) (guess he was a little nervous;)) We went on our first date to Cafe Rio and to Color Me Mine with Mataya and Kaleb (our bffs) and it felt so good, easy, and happy. I WAS HAPPY FINALLY! We went on weekly dates and told each other EVERYTHING!
DECEMBER 2011: We had our first kiss on December 1st. Nate had it all planned so that it would be an easy day to remember :) (I thought that was cute). We went on a date to Jump on It and then we were outside of my apartment saying goodbye, he asked me if he could ask me a question. I said DUH! Then a girl got out of the elevator and I got way DISTRACTED I started talking to her, and apparently ruined the "moment." When she was gone I asked him what his question was, he told me it wasn't the right time anymore, and I practically had to beg for him to ask me ;) he asked if he could kiss me and I said "UHHH YAAAAA!!!" and we kissed, and it was the best kiss ever:) I was jumping up and down in my apartment (i think my roommates can recall). Also in December we took a trip with Kaleb and Mataya to Vegas for a day, this was when he said "I LOVE YOU!" I again was so HAPPY!! We knew later in December that we wanted and needed to spend ETERNITY together, and that we were blessed to have each other.
JANUARY 2012: WE GOT ENGAGED on January 11!:) Although I wasn't expecting it that day, and i wasn't at all cute and ready i was SO HAPPY. He planned the whole day perfectly and it's a day I won't forget!:)
JUNE 2013: WE GOT SEALED IN THE TEMPLE FOR TIME AND ALL ETERNITY on June 15th. That was the happiest day of my life! He is amazing, and I'm so grateful we are sealed everyday. It was a really special day, and it was absolutely perfect.
