Airport Adventure

Nate and I decided we were going to take a trip to San Francisco for the weekend before Nate had to start training in Atlanta. We were soo excited, mostly because Nate had never been there... and of course my parents were there so it was a win-win situation. Well we went to the airport at about 5 A.M. and we waited to get on the first flight.... of course we were on stand by sooo there was no guarantee to get on that plane.. so the plane filled up and we figured out we weren't going to make it on that flight. This was at gate B9... in case you're wondering.

We had to wait a couple of more hours until the next flight so we decided to go grab some small breakfast items. We went into one of the little food shops and as we were checking out this cute cashier got so excited that Nate was an employee (he was wearing his badge)... she gave us a 20% discount!!! We were so excited to save $2 on our breakfast items... and were ecstatic to know this for the future haha. Then we went back to our spot at B9 and waited for the next flight.

The next flight rolled around and we didn't get on hahahaha.... soooo we tried moving to B7 to get on that flight.... Didn't make that one either.... at this point we were sooo frustrated and starving for some lunch, so we went to Cafe Rio and Greek Slavakia... we were again excited to use the 20% discount.. but bummed when I couldn't use it at Cafe Rio for some reason..

After a yummy lunch we went back to our spot at B7 then went to B9 to try again and yet again we didn't make it... we had ONE more try for the day at gate B5 hahaha... we were sooo excited to try a new gate. Welll...... we didn't end up making that one either... I was sooo annoyed and cried feeling defeated as we walked out of the airport.

Oh yesss... I forgot to mention that there were these two old ladies waiting with us EVERY TIME to get to San Francisco... we still laugh thinking they're probably still waiting for a flight.

GOOD TIMES GOOD TIMES. I will ALWAYS cherish this memory I had with Nate haha.
