Thursday 11/14/2013:
MY MOM WAS IN TOWN!!!!!!!!!!!! Eeeek! I was SO happy to see her!! I hadn't seen her for a month besides facetime (so grateful for technology). She came home for a dentist appointment and made time in her crazy schedule to stay a cpl of days! I love my mom so much! Thursday night we just hung out and talked... I just wanted to talk to her alll night long... but she was tired so we seperated and went to bed.
Friday 11/15/2013:
HAPPY 17 MONTHS of hardships and BLISS!!!:) I loooove my husband so much! I'm so grateful for all that he does for me! :) I can't believe it has been 17 months but it also feels like it has been so much longer than that. That boy puts up with A LOT... so much more than I can handle... he's the best and sooo kind to everyone.. he has so much dedication in flying and in me! He loves family... and I can't wait to start our little family. For our 17 month anniversary we headed to Zupas Thursday night (we snuck away...) I was kinda bitter about going out this night because my mom was home and I hardly get any time with her.. but we made it work.. and I made myself be SO HAPPY to be with my man eating.. and enjoying what we love eachother and ZUPAS! :) Friday night we went out with my mom and dad to dinner at our all time favorite RED ROBIN! We love that place so much that we even have our own table with a plaque that has our last name on it... wahhoooo.. idk if that's good or bad haha... but anyways it was a fun night with the mom and dad just talking and enjoying each other. I LOVE MY MOM AND DAD & MY SWEET SWEET HUSBAND!
Satuday 11/16/2013:
Nate had his FIRST BIG interview to be a commercial airline pilot!!!!!!!! GO BABE!!!!!!!!!!!! That morning we argued about what he was wearing to his interview so sadly this is the only pic I got with him when I dropped him off at the airport... but hey it works... and as upset as we both were we knew we couldn't go with out recording this big day:). I am so proud of him! He flew to Arizona to go to the interview... lucky boy he was in the warm weather while we were freezing with snow here... anyways and he did AMAZING! He GOT THE JOB!!!!!! So they basically said when he gets all of his hours that he can go fly for them.... wahhoooo.... he'll still go through a cpl more interviews with other airlines before he makes a decision but yay NATE!!!!!! I love him so much and I am so proud of his dedication and hard work! That night when he got back we went and celebrated with some pizza at the "PIE!!!" It's the best pizza EVER if you haven't gone you HAVE to go! It's not that bad in price either... we can get a 12' pizza which is the smallest you can get their we love their bbq chix pizza mmmmm.... we also get the cheese pull apart that is delicious and it ends up costing about $21.... and we ALWAYS have left overs:). SO GOOOO AND ENJOYYYY! We know their are multiple locations around the state but we LOVE the one up at the U of U. It's underground and just purely epic :).
Sunday 11/17/2013:
Sunday Nate worked all day and I enjoyed my day with my dad! We went to church in Mountain Green (where they are building) and boy ohhhh boyyyy does my dad love that ward or what!!! And SO DO I!!!!!!!!!!! They are ALL so humble, so kind, so loving, and so inviting!:) It's one of those wards that makes you want to go again and again!!! Lots of other wards should learn from them ;).... and and I definitely know that we don't go for the friends and for the nice people but it CERTAINLY helps to be somewhere where everyone is kind and humble :). After church we went home and I enjoyed some Parenthood while my dad made a delicious dinner of Russian Chicken...mmm we got that recipe from the AMAZING Coxs' one weekend when they invited us camping when we were little and we have LOVED it ever since. After dinner we enjoyed just hanging out.... then before I knew it Nate came home YAY and we just hung out... SO NICE!:)
